Job Description
- Participate in the implementation of the Odoo ERP system for clients in Mexico and across the Americas.
- Analyze client needs and business processes.
- Design the final system solution for the client, defining customizations, preparing master data for migration, training end users, and supporting the overall project delivery.
- Ensure the delivery of business solutions on time and within budget.
- Propose and implement new ideas, experiences, and initiatives that increase team performance, improve project methodology, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support the team in sales meetings and in the preparation of Odoo functional demonstrations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP implementation (Odoo is a plus).
- 5 working days per week, including Saturday and Sunday (days off to be defined).
- Good knowledge of global business processes.
- Experience or knowledge in Mexican Accounting/Finance will be valued.
- Passion for IT and motivation to learn new skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with the team, clients, and external partners.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Good time management, problem-solving focus, and a proactive attitude.
