Odoo Consultant – 5 days per week (including weekends)

Job Description

  • Participate in the implementation of the Odoo ERP system for clients in Mexico and across the Americas.
  • Analyze client needs and business processes.
  • Design the final system solution for the client, defining customizations, preparing master data for migration, training end users, and supporting the overall project delivery.
  • Ensure the delivery of business solutions on time and within budget.
  • Propose and implement new ideas, experiences, and initiatives that increase team performance, improve project methodology, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support the team in sales meetings and in the preparation of Odoo functional demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP implementation (Odoo is a plus).
  • 5 working days per week, including Saturday and Sunday (days off to be defined).
  • Good knowledge of global business processes.
  • Experience or knowledge in Mexican Accounting/Finance will be valued.
  • Passion for IT and motivation to learn new skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with the team, clients, and external partners.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Good time management, problem-solving focus, and a proactive attitude.
  • Growth mindset and positive attitude.
