They are well-known for processed beef products such as meatballs, sausages, nuggets, and smoked beef, with well-known brands including Hanzel, Harmoni, and Bakso Sumber Selera. 

In response to the market's increasing demand for processed meat products, PT SPAA has expanded their factories in Jeruk and Banten for wider distribution.

SherpaWise Ltd used Odoo to manage its marketing, sales, and customer service. They interact with the clients from the first contact on the website built by Odoo, through all communication via CRM, Helpdesk, and up to automated helpful e-mail marketing and social marketing. Furthermore, they implemented several Odoo modules to manage their operational processes, such as invoicing, project management, eSign procedures, and document management. Odoo eLearning was launched for educational purposes, and Odoo Studio was used to customize the apps.

The French-speaking Association of the North Shore, (F.A.N.S.), is a non for profit association created in 1998 by a group of families from a French-speaking background (French, Belgian, Swiss, etc.) residing on the North Shore of Sydney. Its mission is the promotion of the French language and culture amongst the French-speaking families located in the area, with special activities for children and adults. These activities include a bilingual program in a primary school, outside school hours classes and social activities for its members.

Port Cities started collaborating with FANS in December 2020, implementing Odoo to streamline its operations. They were looking to simplify data management and enrolments, improve their communication among their members, easily manage their events, open a personalized customer portal to allow online student registration for parents, and overall help the administration team to be more efficient. This has been possible with the OpenEducat, Invoicing, Subscriptions, Surveys, Email Marketing, Event, Website, Dashboard and Calendar modules.

Port Cities and The ThinkTank Team had a successful cooperation to deploy an Odoo solution for the internal operations process, including the application of Invoicing, Accounting, Expenses, Payroll, Timesheet, Project, Time Off, and Documents. Additionally, We built up the company website with Odoo website builder and developed the Open Educat platform providing portals for parent, student, and teacher activities.

Ticket To The Moon collaborated with Port Cities to implement the Odoo system, which streamlined nearly all core departments and processes. There is a supply chain suite (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Invoicing) integrated with the Manufacturing department, as well as a retail one on Point of Sales and CRM. Furthermore, the company improved marketing activities by utilizing a Website, E-commerce, and Email Marketing to increase sales revenue and brand awareness. For internal management, Port Cities assisted them in setting up the Expenses, Leaves, Documents, and Planning modules. Finally, Ticket To The Moon kept their databases in Odoo.sh and used Odoo Studio to create their preferred applications.
